| Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Prism Management Services Ltd will take place on the dispatch of the product(s) ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in? How to cancel an order? If an order is not accepted, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- The product you have ordered is unavailable from stock.
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- A pricing or product description error has been identified
If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you by telephone or email.
How to cancel an order
| If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@aculife-ireland.com or leave a message on our voicemail at (+353) 1 460 4962 including your name and the date of the order.
| If your order has already been dispatched to you, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of placing your order (please follow the procedure set out in the Returns policy).

Returns policy
Our 7-day guarantee means that if, for any reason, you're not totally happy with your Aculife-Ireland item(s), you can return them to us within 7 days of the date you ordered them. We will be happy to make an exchange or refund - provided that the items are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please note that there is a 50 Euro restocking charge associated with each return to cover the cost of packaging, delivery costs, and bank charges. Returned items that are not in a resalable condition will not be accepted.
| This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty goods, goods described in a misleading manner, or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

Returns procedure
Should you need to return an item, please send your package and an explanation why you are returning the product(s) back to:

| We strongly recommend that you use registered post because Prism Management Services Ltd cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged items.

Refunds
Once an item has been received back at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 28 days. A refund will not be processed until the unwanted goods have been received and checked.
